Experienced Document Controller required for upcoming Pharma project in West Dublin. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar on site construction administration role. My client offers a great deal of flexibility for the successful candidate.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and implementation of a documentation system for a project site team (this is an electronic system on a common system drive training will be given)
  • Producing weekly & monthly status reports on document control systems
  • Establish systems to ensure that procedures and documents are adequately and timely distributed
    Manage construction progress & milestone activities
  • Define documentation content required as part of the project lifecycle
  • Database Maintenance
  • Dealing with site queries
  • General administration duties


  • At least 2 years administrative experience
  • PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Doc Control software
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Pride in the quality and presentation of work
